At Elvaston Medical Clinic, we provide accurate and reliable pregnancy blood tests to detect (HCG) — the hormone produced during pregnancy.
This test offers more precise confirmation than home urine tests and can also help monitor the early stages of pregnancy. Results are delivered quickly and handled with complete confidentiality.
We aim to provide same-day blood test results whenever possible, but results typically take one working day. We prioritise efficient processing to ensure you receive your results within short time.

Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) === £380
At Elvaston Medical Clinic, we offer Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT), a safe and highly accurate blood test that screens for common chromosomal conditions such as Down’s syndrome (trisomy 21), Edwards’ syndrome (trisomy 18), and Patau’s syndrome (trisomy 13). NIPT involves a simple blood sample from the mother, making it completely safe for both mother and baby, without the risks associated with invasive procedures. This test can be performed from as early as 10 weeks of pregnancy, providing you with reassurance and valuable information about your baby’s health early on. Our results are delivered promptly and discussed with you in a supportive and confidential setting by our experienced medical team.

Dr Abdulkhalik at Elvaston Medical Clinic, London is marvelous. On 7th May 2025, I was crying with pain as my my right hand index finger had swollen with pus and blood. That day apart from being Doctor, image of my index finger image was being as mirror image on Doctor's face. That day Dr Abdul did dressing of my finger 3-4 times. He was feeling that how he can relieve my pain.

I had just arrived in London from Canada. I was starting a 3 week holiday and had developed a very serious sinus infection and needed a doctor to confirm and perscribe some antibiotics. I found the Elanston Clinic near our hotel. We booked an appointment online and showed up hoping we could see someone. They were fast and personable. The doctor did an exam and was able to send a perscription that afternoon. I was so relieved we had found someone to help. I highly recommend this clinic. They saved my holiday!

Highly recommended clinic with normal rates. I was visiting London and able to make an appointment the same morning. Dr Debel took the time for a thorough anamnesis and diagnosis. He prescribed medication that made me feel better quickly, and answered all my questions and gave me a good advice. I received a clear report and invoice for my own GP and insurer by email. I visited Elvaston last month. I managed to get a same-day appointment and saw the doctor promptly at the scheduled time. Dr Debel was professional and helped me resolve my medical concern quickly. He was even kind enough to have me come in for follow-up visits, which really showed his commitment to his patients and that he goes the extra mile to make sure that I was completely recovered. I was very lucky to call, make an appointment and to be seen a few hours later. We arrived early and the doctor was ready for us, which is quite unusual. He was thorough and attentive. If I come back to London and fall ill again, will definitely come back here. It was one of the best medical clinic experiences I have had in a long time. A little bit on the pricey side but it is worth it for excellent service.

I was traveling and became ill with fever, headache and fatigue, unable to leave my hotel room. The good Dr. Abdul paid a visit, ran tests, arranged IV fluids, and began antibiotics treatment. Within 24 hours I was recovering well. I cannot praise enough the quick visit (within an hour) and the compassionate care I received while so far away from home.
I would like to thank Dr Debel for his wonderful care and attention. Very lovely and professional atmosphere. The clinic is on top quality standards.
